How do I start using the software? Is there a trial period?+
Download Ceramic Pro Smart Cut from our official website, install it on your computer, register an account and activate the trial period to explore all of its features.
How do I activate the trial?+
After installing the software and registering, open the Buy Credits section and start the trial. Activation is automatic — there are no codes to enter and nothing to wait for by email.
How much does Ceramic Pro Smart Cut cost?+
Several cutting-credit options are available in the software: pay-per-meter packages — for example 50 or 100 square meters usable within 365 days — or monthly and annual unlimited subscriptions. AI Auto Layouts are included a limited number of times with the square-meter packages and purchased separately with unlimited subscriptions.
What is the AI Auto Layout feature?+
AI Auto Layout uses advanced AI algorithms and cloud-server power to arrange cut patterns so material waste is minimized, saving you up to 20% more film compared to arranging patterns manually on the canvas.
Why isn't AI Auto Layout free with unlimited subscriptions?+
AI Auto Layout requires significant computational resources from our cloud servers, which incurs additional cost. It is therefore not bundled for free with monthly or annual unlimited subscriptions — but it is included a limited number of times with the 50 or 100 square-meter packages.
Can I edit the patterns?+
Yes. Use the pattern editing mode and tools such as the Add Anchor tool and the Edge Expansion tool to fine-tune any pattern before cutting. Detailed steps are covered in the video manual in the Software Guide section.
Can I save a pattern?+
Yes. Saved patterns are stored in the My Patterns section — just click the Save button on the top toolbar.
Can I import or export my own patterns?+
You can import your own patterns in PLT format using the Import custom PLT file option on the left toolbar. Exporting patterns is not supported, to protect the integrity and security of the database.
Which operating systems are supported? Can I use a Mac?+
The software runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. It can also be used on Mac computers through Parallels running Windows, which requires a separate driver installation.
Can I use my account on multiple computers?+
For database security, a single account cannot cut on multiple devices at the same time. To move to a new computer, perform a trial login on it so your device ID appears in the system, then contact support to link the account to the new device.
The pattern I need isn't in the database. What do I do?+
Contact our support team with the exact model and modification of the vehicle or motorcycle, including photos from all four sides. We will do our best to expedite creation of the pattern you need.
Which plotters are supported?+
Connect your plotter over USB — many models are recognized automatically. If your plotter isn't on the supported list or doesn't appear, contact our support team with the model details and, in many cases, we can add support for it.
A payment failed or my credits haven't appeared. What now?+
If a card payment fails via one provider, try PayPal — you can pay with a bank card there too, or ask our support team to issue an invoice. After a successful purchase your credits are added to your account automatically. If anything is still missing, contact support@nanoshine-group.com.
