Registered with the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA). Date of incorporation: 20 March 2020.

We are not registered for VAT in the European Union. For EU customers, we are eligible for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme under Regulation (EU) 2019/2006. VAT registration and compliance are handled by our tax team; if you have questions about VAT, please contact us.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle), as referred to in §36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG). The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
